I just found this video of me from exactly ten years ago. I now have a  6-year-old boy and did end up leaving the city. But maybe I’ll go back someday. I wish I still looked that young! (Having kids really does age you!)
Still feel sad about 9/11, but it’s not so raw anymore. In retrospect, I clearly dealt with PTSD for awhile. Now it’s all about my son and there’s no time for this kind of solipsism.
